Applicants must be: - Be matriculated in a degree-granting program of study at an accredited college or university. - Undergraduate or graduate level and not in the final year/semester of study. - Demonstrate financial need. - Provide recent documentation attesting to a diagnosis of a specific learning disability; a diagnosis of ADD/ADHD alone is not sufficient to be approved for an award.
