The program is open to students ages 16 to 24 who are permanent residents of Florida, Massachusetts, New Mexico, North Carolina, New Jersey, Texas, and the District of Columbia*. Fidelity Scholars MUST attend college full time in their permanent state of residence Other key requirements include: 2.5 - 3.5 unweighted GPA or GED certificate Pell eligible and/or demonstrated financial need Plan to enroll full-time at a 4-year accredited, non-profit college or university as a first-time, incoming freshman.
